MOT-Service Centre Service Specifications
Overview
We shall be listing here the specifications for
the various services that we offer. These are used as the basis for the
check-sheets that we have developed for our mechanics to use during the
service to ensure all jobs are performed and procedures correctly performed.
Short (3000 Mile) Service
This is a service that is carried out every 3000
miles (or three months), and is a minimum set of activities to ensure correct
maintenance of your mini. The service comprises the following:
Medium (6000 Mile) Service
This is a standard service suitable for all makes of
vehicle. For minis, it is built on the 3000 mile service, but adds a series
of checks for the additional mileage and critically caters for the unique
features of the mini. The service comprises the following:
Full (12000 Mile) Service
This is a full service for all makes and models of
vehicle, and performs a comprehensive check of the vehicle to ensure safe
and reliable motoring. A full service comprises:
Autumn Service
This is a service in preparation for the onset
of winter and colder conditions, and is targeted at providing reliable
motoring for the return of the school run. It comprises:
Handling & Suspension Service
This service is targeted at checking over a vehicle's
handling, suspension, brakes and wheels. It comprises:
Economy Service
This service checks the efficiency of the vehicle
ensuring its ignition, timing and emissions are set up correctly. It comprises:
